Chef Ali Dia comes straight from the industry where he gained huge experience, managing all kinds of restaurants as executive chef all over the world.

 

Chef Ali Dia graduted from Rouda Institute Hotelier school in 1977. He began his career as a Chef in the Restaurant La Bienvue in Paris, France.

 

Chef Ali Dia has worked in many diverse locations and positions. He had been an Executive Chef at the “Grey Albion” Hotel in Cannes. He was an executive chef of the Princess of Saudi Arabia. He worked as an Intercontinental Chef in Gongo Brazavile Hilton Hotel. He is the owner of the “Tequilas Terrase” Restaurant in Mexico.

 

Mike Horn, one of the world famous explorer and adventurer is a very close friend of Ali Dia. Chef Ali was providing food services for his expedition.
